Results

After everything is said and done, it is the results that count… so here they are so far:

Weight Loss Chart

As you can see, I hit a serious Plateau that went from about Day 45 through to about Day 70!  The wake-up call was to get back on the eating plan with the correct water intake, and I was held back a bit by a left Knee injury, but otherwise I got through it and the weight has started to drop again, more so in the last week.

Will be updating the final numbers any day now!

Note: * There are many experts who claim that “BMI” (Body Mass Index) is no longer a useful measurement, especially when taken in the context of the traditional brackets (i.e. Obese is a BMI of 30 and above) – and while this is partially true if your body is out of the norm (i.e. unusually lean or muscular), what is important is that you can use it as a gauge over time; which is what I have done.

Also, my Resting Heart rate improvement has just been unbelievable!  If anything, the first measurement I did on my own at the beginning which was 77 beats per minute may not have been too accurate, but the improvement in the second half from 66 to 56 was measured on my Polar FT-80 Heart Rate monitor using the built-in “Relax” test method each time.

Furthermore, I hope to be bringing you my full Blood test results after I visit my Doctor in a few days time.
